Medication management is available for patients in conjunction with therapy. This service is appropriate for the treatment of clients with mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, other psychiatric disorders.

What to Expect

Before being prescribed medication, your provider will first conduct a thorough medical and health assessment to determine the appropriateness of treatment. A treatment plan will be developed that might include psychotherapy, lab work, and care coordination with your primary doctor.

Your provider will prescribe medication and meet with you monthly to manage your treatment.

Visits may last between 15-minutes to an hour depending on the complexity.

Please note that this service is not appropriate for clients experiencing active psychiatric crises or those who have been recently discharged from the hospital and in need of case management, injections, or supervised care.

Our prescribers will not complete Fitness for Duty, FMLA, or other SSI/SSDI or disability paperwork for clients who have been in treatment for less than 6-months.

Fees:

$325 – Initial Evaluation

$220 – Med-Check Follow-Ups (Low- Complexity)

$295 – Med- Check Follow-Up (High Complexity)
